Burwell’s Bluff Weekly Update 3/10

This week in Burwell’s Bluff:

Things are moving along nicely in Burwell’s Bluff as the homes on lots 10 and 11 near completion in the next few months. It will be nice to have the homes finished right around the time of the Kingsmill Championship. We will keep you updated on any tents or marketing stations that we might set up during the tournament. 

The Heron and Osprey this week:

• The garage doors have been installed on Lot 10, and the plumbing and lighting fixtures will be installed this week. The heating and air equipment will be installed as well.
• The subcontractors will be working on the deck area this week, and the interior doors have also been delivered for the Heron on lot 11. Both the interior doors and interior trim will be completed this week.

As we approach the busy spring season we encourage you to reach out with any questions or comments. Also, be on the lookout for further information regarding the development between holes 2 & 9 of the River Course.
