Burwell’s Bluff Weekly Update 3/17/18

This week in Burwell’s Bluff:

It has been another very productive week this week down at Burwell’s Bluff. We are certainly excited to announce that we officially have building permits for lots 15 and 22; the footing process will begin in the next few weeks.

Lot 10:

• Fixtures are in the completion phase, hardwood floor installation will begin next week.
• Exterior deck and porch railings installation will be installed this week.

Lot 11:

• Cabinets have been delivered and will soon be installed.
• Interior trim is complete, interior painting will begin next week.

 As the construction process continues in Burwell’s Bluff, we want to take a moment to thank you for all the support and feedback thus far. We realize that it is not easy to have constant activity in your neighborhood, but our goal of finishing out the development with a quality product remains the same.
