Burwell’s Bluff Weekly Update 3/24

This week in Burwell’s Bluff:

The Kingsmill Championship scoreboard is up, and Burwell’s Bluff has some of the best views of the River Course that the entire neighborhood has to offer. The construction permitting signs have been delivered for lots 15 and 22, and those signs will soon be installed. We are excited to break ground this week on these two lots as well! Both lots 10 and 11 are nearing completion and will be completed in the next 2 months.

Lot 10: Fixtures are installed, as well as the hardwood floors on the first floor. Exterior deck and porch railings have also been installed.

Lot 11: Interior painting has begun, as well as cabinet installation. Driveway is being prepped for pouring.
