Burwell’s Bluff Weekly Update 4/30/18

This week in Burwell’s Bluff:

The Kingsmill Championship is just around the corner! We are extremely excited for the tournament as it means so much to the community. We are very fortunate to get to share a little bit of this amazing development with thousands of others during the tournament. Throughout the week we will holding an open house in the Osprey on Lot 10, and we would love for you and your friends to come by!

This week:

• Lot 10: The interior is complete, landscaping process will continue.
• Lot 11: Interior finishes will continue this week.
• Lot 15: Framing process will begin this week, the garage slab will also be poured this week.
• Lot 22: Framing process will begin this week, the garage slab will also be poured this week.
• Lot 23: Still in the design phase.
