Burwell’s Bluff Weekly Update 6/1/18

We are getting back into the groove of things after the tournament, and the nice weather has helped our construction process tremendously. Our landscaping team has been extremely busy and are aware of the few areas of concern. Please continue to reach out with any questions or comments. Construction Update:

• Lot 10: COMPLETE and AVAILABLE
• Lot 11: The finishing fixtures are being installed, the hardwood floors are being installed, and the landscaping process will begin in the next few weeks.
• Lot 15: We are in the middle of the framing phase and this will continue in the following weeks.
• Lot 16: We are in the permitting phase.
• Lot 22: We are to begin the framing process this week.
• Lot 23: Final plans are in progress.
• Lot 25:We are in the permitting phase.
