Maggie Paige

Maggie joins the Kingsmill Realty team after spending the last four years selling lifestyle real estate based out of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Her residential sales background is very diverse, ranging from single family to multiple HOA communities. Maggie specializes in the club community lifestyles featuring golf and recreation amenities. She spends time researching market dynamics to maximize values for all her clients. She is very active in the entire process and works with people from all walks of life, from first time buyers to people who have experienced multiple transactions. She has a passion for matching people’s needs with the perfect housing solution. She is very organized and detail oriented. Maggie is originally from Miami, Florida and graduated from Texas Tech, where she participated in NCAA competition. She swam competitively and successfully throughout her younger days, which taught her the necessary drive to be successful in all aspects of selling. Maggie enjoys all types of exercising, traveling and being a wife, mom, aunt, sister, and grandparent. Maggie volunteers as the Event Manager at The Alliance for Eating Disorders. Maggie integrates herself into the community so she understands the lifestyle, schools, and other components of day to day living. She currently resides in Kingsmill.
